We strive to provide the best SMS verification service. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
SMS Not Received
If you purchase a number and do not receive the SMS verification code within 20 minutes, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement number.
Service Issues
If our service fails to deliver SMS codes due to a technical issue on our end, we will refund the cost of the activation.
Non-Refundable Situations
- If the SMS was delivered but the code was not used in time
- If the platform you are verifying rejected the number (try a different country)
- If you changed your mind after purchasing a number
- For long-term number rentals - partial refunds may apply based on usage
